The creative brief

Pizza Kidd is a stylised, high-impact 2D beat 'em up inspired by 1990s arcade action and anime. Its visual pace calls for music with a powerful groove, memorable hooks and sharp synchronisation between sound and screen.

My contribution

I compose original music for the game and have also worked on music and video editing for promotional pieces. The tracks use breakbeats, synth production, jazz-fusion influences and hip-hop-derived rhythms to create high-energy scoring without relying on a single musical style.

My promotional work includes synchronising musical accents and build-ups to video edits so that attacks, scene changes and reveals land with the intended impact.
